3. Registration and Account

Use other people's accounts

5. Rights and Obligations of the Administration

Remove content violating rules or laws
Make changes to the gameplay

5.2. The Administration undertakes to:

Ensure Service operability within reasonable limits
Protect Users' personal data according to the Privacy Policy
Consider User requests

6. Liability

6.1. The Service is provided "as is". The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted Service operation.

6.2. The Administration is not responsible for:

Temporary Service unavailability
Loss of game data due to technical reasons
Actions of third parties
Losses associated with the use of the Service
User's internet connection quality

6.3. The User uses the Service at their own risk.

7. Virtual Values

7.1. All in-game items, characters, currency, and other virtual values are the property of the Administration.

7.2. The User is granted a limited license to use virtual values within the Service.

7.3. Selling virtual values for real money is prohibited.

7.4. Upon account blocking, virtual values are not returned or compensated.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. Cabal Online is a trademark of ESTsoft Corp. Extreme Cabal is a non-commercial fan project created by game fans.

8.2. All rights to the original game belong to the copyright holders.

8.3. Content created by Users within the Service may be used by the Administration.

9. Termination of Use

9.1. The User may stop using the Service at any time by deleting their account.

9.2. The Administration may block the User's account for violating the Agreement or Server Rules.

9.3. Upon termination of Service use, the User loses access to their account and all virtual values.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations.

10.2. To contact the Administration, use the feedback form or official social media channels.

10.3. The Administration's decision on issues related to the Service is final.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. This Agreement enters into force from the moment of User registration.

11.2. The Administration has the right to change the Agreement without prior notice. The current version is always available on this page.

11.3. Continued use of the Service after changes to the Agreement means agreement with the new terms.
